Last night my husband had an emergency, and with the one star we were hesitant to go. We decided not to drive to Alamosa, so we went. Everyone was so nice, caring, acted extremely professional; I do not understand the rating. I called them today to tell them how well everything went. The lady explained to me that there is a new CFO and CEO, and whatever was wrong ; there does not seem to be any issues now. Great hospital, with great care.
